    Crock Pot Jamaican Jerk Chicken

    Ingrédients

    4 medium boneless chicken breasts

    3 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Spice Seasoning

    1/2 cup Jamaican Jerk Marinade

    Instructions

    Season

    Cover both sides of the boneless chicken breasts with the Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and rub in.

    Marinate

    Place the chicken breasts into a bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 30 - 60 minutes.

    Pour

    Place the chicken in the crock pot and pour 1/2 cup of the Jamaican Jerk Marinade over the chicken. Flip the chicken to cover both sides with the marinade.

    Slow cook

    Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 3 to 6 hours. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the pieces of chicken.

    Serve with Coconut Rice and seasoned black beans.
