6 black pepper corns
3.5 oz bacon (optional)
4 lbs of sauerkraut
1 bay leaf
2 cups of Chicken broth
1 green apple (optional)
6 juniper berries
Instructions
Add all ingredients together in instapot
Pressure cook for 22 minutes
Vent
Serve with mashed potatoes
