Alfredo sauce

Ingrédients

3 Tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add cream and bring to a simmer (NOT A BOIL). Cook whicking often for 5 minutes.

2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add cheese slowly and whisk in, one handful at a time.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste and then mix in your favorite pasta and protein!

Notes

I like to add in chicken breast to mine. I cook up a butterflied chicken breast. First cover with McCormick montreal chicken seasoning. Then cook in equal parts butter and olive oil until done and cut into strips.
