Cheesy Garlic Chicken & Potatoes

~3 c Cubed Chicken Breast

3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced

2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Mixed Herbs

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Olive Oil

~ 3 c Uncooked Potatoes

1 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Paprika

Optional: Olive Oil

1/2 c milk

3/4 c Light Cream Cheese

1/3 c Grated Parmesan

Extra Seasoning (Salt, Garlic, Mixed Herbs)

1/3 c Shredded Mozzarella

Garnish: Fresh Parsley

In a bowl, make the chicken mix: chicken, garlic, onion powder, herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, olive oil.

On a sheet, make the potato mix: potatoes, salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, olive oil. Air fry for 18-20 mins at 400F OR oven bake for 20-23 mins at 400F.

Cook the chicken mix on high heat for 5-6 mins. Lower the heat.

Add toppings: milk, cream cheese, parmesan, and seasoning.

Add crispy potatoes. Add mozzarella and parsley and cover with lid to let cheese melt.

Serve and enjoy!
