    Creamy Tuscan Chicken

    Sastojci

    Chicken seasoning for marination:

    • 1 large Chicken breast sliced in 3, washed and pat dry

    • 1 tsp oil,

    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

    • salt to taste

    • 1/2 tsp Paprika

    • 1/2- Dried parsley

    • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

    For the base:

    • 1 tbsp-Butter

    • 3 Cloves of garlic diced or minced

    • 2 tbsp- Tomato purée

    • 1 ½ tbsp -Tuscan seasoning ( my own blend ) using

    • Smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, parsley, oregano , basil and salt.

    • 1 Cup of cream

    • 1 Cup of chicken stock

    • Onion

    • 2 handful of spinach finely chopped

    • 4/5 Sliced of sun dried tomatoes

    • 8 Roasted plum tomatoes

    • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese

    Upute

    1. Marinade the chicken using the spice marination

    2. Shallow fry the chicken in olive oil for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and leave aside

    3. In a pan add butter, onion and diced garlic

    4. Add tomato purée, stir in before adding the tuscan spice

    5. Mix well to combine all ingredients together

    6. Add cream and give it a mix before adding chicken stock to create a smooth base, let the mixture shimmer for 5 minutes on low heat

    7. Add spinach and sun dried tomatoes give it a mix

    8. Add the fried chicken to the base mixture

    9. Add the roasted tomato

    10. Add Parmesan cheese

    11. Cook the mixture down for 2 minutes

    12. Turn off the heat
