    Ingredients:

    12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

    1 lb ground beef

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 small onion, diced

    2 garlic cloves, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

    1 cup beef broth

    1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese

    1 tsp paprika

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, for garnish

    Upute

    Directions:

Start by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside, keeping it ready for the creamy sauce.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook the beef for about 5-7 minutes until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer, letting it cook for 5-10 minutes to allow all the flavors to come together.

Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring until it’s fully combined. Then, add the shredded cheese, mixing until it melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.

Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, making sure each bowtie is well-coated in the rich, creamy beef sauce. Let it heat for an additional 2-3 minutes to soak up all the flavor.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
