Chicken Mozzarella Pasta w/Sun Dried Tomatos

- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautà chicken until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Stir in half-and-half and mozzarella, allowing the cheese to melt into a creamy sauce. Return chicken, season, and combine.
5. Toss in the cooked penne, garnish with fresh basil, and serve hot.
