3 ripe bananas ā£
1 cup @chobani greek yogurt ā£
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 @vitalfarms eggsā£
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey ā£
1 1/2 @bobsredmill cups rolled oatsā£
1 cup oat flour (you can sub for AP flour)ā£
1 1/2 tsp baking powderā£
1/2 tsp baking sodaā£
1 tsp cinnamon ā£
1/2 cup chocolate chips ā£
How to:ā£
Upute
Start by preheating your oven to 350Fā£
Mash your bananas in a large bowl then add in your greek yogurt and peanut butter. Sir well then add in your maple syrup and eggs. Mix well. ā£
In a separate bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add your dry ingredients to wet and mix to combine. ā£
Line a 9x13 baking dish and add your batter. Top with extra chocolate chips and place in the oven.
Bake on 350F for 40 minutes or until completely cooked through. ā£
