Oatmeal Cake

Bahan-bahan

1 1/2 Cup hot water

1 Cup quick oats

1/2 Cup oil

1 Cup sugar

1 Cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 Cup flour

Glaze:

3/4 Cup brown sugar

6 Tablespoons margarine

2 Tablespoons milk

Petunjuk

Pour hot water and quick oats in a small bowl

Combine oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour in a mixing bowl

Add the oatmeal mixture and mix well

Bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Make the glaze by boiling the ingredients together

Pour the glaze over partly cooled cake
