CREAMY TOMATO BEEF PASTA

INGREDIENTS

• 2.5 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (560g) • 2.5 Cups Tomato Sauce (600g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper (7g) • 5 Garlic Cloves (15g) • 1.25 Cups Diced White Onion (200g) • 60oz Lean Ground Beef (96/4) (1700g) • 20oz Protein Pasta (565g) • Cilantro (Optional) (~30g)

Petunjuk

1. In a blender, combine 2.5 Cups cottage cheese, 2.5 Cups tomato sauce, 5 garlic cloves, and 1 Tbsp garlic salt.

2. Blend until everything is smooth, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

3. To a pan, add diced white onions, 1 Tbsp garlic salt and 1 Tbsp fresh black pepper. Cook for around 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

4. In the same pan, add 60oz of ground beef to the cooked onions. Break the meat up and cook for a few more minutes until completely done.

5. Boil and drain 20oz of protein pasta. Combine the warm pasta with the sauce made in Steps 1 & 2 and mix until everything is coated.

6. Take out 10 meal prep containers, add 1/10 of the total sauced pasta and 1/10 of the total cooked beef to each one (you can do this by weighing each one and dividing the weight by 10).

7. (Optional) Top the meals with some fresh cilantro for color and flavor.

8. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months (go to page 5 for reheating instructions).
