Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (optional for heat)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove sausage and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they turn bright green and are tender.
In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice. Pour this sauce into the skillet with the broccoli. Stir until the sauce begins to thicken.
Add the cooked shrimp and sausage back into the skillet, tossing everything in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
