1oz Espresso

0.75oz Brown Sugar + Oat Syrup

1 full egg

Creamy Daddy:

Mix all ingredients except the egg to a shaker along with 1-2 ice cubes. Shake to chill the espresso.

Add the egg and shake to foam.

Add ice again for a final shake before straining into a martini glass.

Brown Sugar + Oat Syrup:

Equal parts brown sugar and Oat Milk Creamer, seasoned with cinnamon
