Cream Cheese cookies

Bahan-bahan

1 cup butter

3 oz package of cream cheese

1 egg

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon water

2 ½ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

Icing

6 ounce cream cheese

1 box of icing sugar (approximately 3½ cups)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 stick of butter

Petunjuk

Don’t completely soften butter and cream cheese!

1) Cream Butter and cream cheese

2) Add sugar, egg, water and vanilla; mix well

3) Blend dry ingredients with a spoon ( if too moist to roll refrigerate for 15 min

4) Shape into balls and flatten with a fork dipped into water

5) Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Icing recipe will frost two batches of cookies, double recipe or save icing and make another day
