    Baby Back Ribs

    1 Rack Baby Back Ribs

    1 Bottle Sweet Baby Ray Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

    1 bottle liquid smoke

    Istruzioni

    Take ribs out of package and pat dry with a paper towel.

    Rub with Grill Mates Brown Sugar Seasoning

    Place ribs on a foil lined cookie sheet

    Add 1/2 Cup water to the cookie sheet. Place ribs on metal rack inside the cookie sheet and cover the ribs loosely with foil

    Cook ribs in the oven on 210°F for 8 hours.

    The last 2 hours of cooking, paint the ribs with the sauce every 30 minutes

    Place ribs under broiler on high for 5 minutes

    Cool and Serve!!
