    Avocado Tacos

    4 to 6 Avocados, Hass are the best for this dish sE

    1 ½ pounds lean ground beef tan

    1 packet Taco Seasoning

    ¼ cup water

    8 ounces Mexican Blend Cheese

    1 medium tomato, diced

    Optional: Cilantro for garnishing

    FIRST STEP:

    Cut the Avocados in half and remove the pit

    Use a spoon to hollow out the Avocado more, reserve the avocado to dice and place on the side

    SECOND STEP:

    In a large skillet, crumble the ground beef and cook thoroughly ½2 c - amon

    Drain the excess fat from the ground beef

    THIRD STEP:

    Sprinkle the Taco Seasoning over the ground beef and add in the ¼ cup of water

    Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes

    FOURTH STEP:

    Turn the heat off, remove the skillet from the burner and add all but ½ cup of cheese

    Stir to melt the cheese, it should only take a minute or so.

    FIFTH STEP:

    When ready to serve, add ¼ cup of taco meat to each half of the avocados Place a few pieces of Avocado on top, some diced tomato and sprinkle with a little cheesev A

    Optional: Top with Cilantro for garnish
