Perfect Air Fryer Broccoli

12 ounces Broccoli (cut into small even florets)
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil (or olive oil)
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon Kosher Salt (adjust to taste)
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly cracked, adjust to taste)
Fresh lemon juice
Parmesan (freshly grated)
Red chili flakes (if you like spicy)
Istruzioni
In a large bowl, add the broccoli florets. Add the avocado oil and seasonings. Toss them well, so they are all coated with the seasoning.
Transfer the seasoned broccoli to the air fryer basket and spread in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 380°F (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 6-9 minutes for the perfect texture. Shake the basket half way through. (Preheating is not required. The cooking time includes preheating time). For extra crispy broccoli, add 1-2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy broccoli. Optionally, sprinkle some lime juice and some freshly grated parmesan.
In Oven
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Transfer the broccoli to a large sheet pan. You can also add the olive oil and seasonsings on the sheet pan.
Spread evenly so they do not overlap. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring once half way through.
