Ingredienti

Dry

  • Minced Garlic

  • Minced Ginger

  • Chilli peppers

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Paprika

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Black pepper

Wet

  • All gold tomato sauce

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

  • Worcestershire sauce (barely)

  • Butter

Istruzioni

  1. Sauté ginger, garlic & chilli's in butter

  2. Once they start getting brown, add the sugar

  3. Once all the sugar starts melting, add the soy sauce.

  4. After the sugar has dissolved, add the rest of your ingredients (dry & wet)

  5. Let it simmer until it's thick enough to coat a spoon.

  6. Adjust seasoning for taste.

let it cook for a while, longer than you'd think
