    Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Folded Wraps

    You can find these delicious wraps at Tesco, Sainsburys, and Morrisons in the free-from/gluten-free aisle 🛒

    Ingredients (serves 2):

    2 x 100g chicken breast

    1 tsp smoked paprika

    1 tsp garlic granules

    1 tsp onion granules

    Whisked egg

    30g crushed cornflakes (can substitute for gluten free cornflakes)

    25g honey

    Tbsp hot sauce

    2 Bfree High Protein Wraps

    2 handfuls of shredded lettuce

    30g ranch dressing

    50g grated mozzarella

    Chilli flakes to garnish (optional)

    Start by seasoning the chicken breasts all over with ½ tsp smoked paprika, garlic granules and onion granules. Use the remaining seasonings to season the cornflakes.

    Next, dip each chicken breast into the egg, shaking off any excess before dipping into the cornflakes. Press in to adhere.

    Air fry for 17 minutes at 185 degrees celsius. Alternatively, bake for 20-22 minutes at the same temperature.

    Whilst the chicken cooks, mix together the honey and hot sauce set to one side.

    Once the chicken has cooked, slice into strips.

    Slice the wraps halfway down the centre. Line the first quadrant with the lettuce, followed by the sliced chicken. Drizzle over ½ of the hot honey sauce reserving the rest to serve. In the next quadrant, spread the ranch sauce and in the final section add the cheese.

    Place each wrap cheese side down first into a hot dry pan. Cook for 2 minutes before flipping for a further minute.

    Serve with the remaining hot honey drizzled and scattering over the chilli flakes.
