    Smoked Sausage and Boursin Cheese Pasta

    材料

    Ingredients:

    (1) 16 oz box fettuccini

    1 tsp chicken bouillon

    Salt and pepper

    (1) 13 oz package of any flavor smoked sausage, sliced

    1 yellow diced onion

    2 tbs butter

    (1) 5.2 oz package of Garlic and Herb flavored Boursin Cheese

    1- 1.5 cups grated parmesan

    2-3 cups of reserved pasta water

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and about 1 tsp of chicken flavored bouillon. Cook the fettuccini until al dente, and be sure to reserve at least 2 cups of the pasta water when it is close to being done. In a separate pan, melt 2 tbs of butter and add the sliced smoked sausage and the diced onion. Season with some salt and pepper. Cook until they are nice and browned. Add the boursin cheese and 2 cups of the pasta water and stir until melted, then add the parmesan cheese and stir until it is melted. Add in the cooked pasta and mix it up really well. If it is too thick, add a little more pasta water until you get it to your desired consistency.
