Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Crust

12 oz chocolate wafers (Oreos with cream removed), crushed

2 T melted butter

Filling

1 lb cream cheese at room temperature

1 1/2 c sugar

2/3 c peanut butter

1 c chocolate chips

5 eggs

1/2 c sour cream

2 t lemon juice

Topping

1/2 c sugar

1 c sour cream

3/4 c chocolate chips, melted

手順

  1. Preheat oven to 350° Butter springform pan.

  2. Combine crust ingredients and press into pan.

  3. Blend filling ingredients in food processor or with mixer. Pour into crust.

  4. Bake until center is firm- 70-80 min. Cool 15 min

  5. Combine topping ingredients. Spread over top of cake and bake 10 min.

  6. Let cool, refrigerate.

  7. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
