- Chicken thighs

- Salt

- Black Pepper

- Minced Garlic

- Grated Ginger

- Soy sauce

- Sriracha

- Dried Thai pepper pods

- Green onions

- Cashews

- Carrots

- Broccoli

- Thick pea pods

Grate garlic and ginger

Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, srirarcha

Marinade chicken for a few hours

Heat up dutch oven and fry chicken to lightly crisp sides sides

Put chicken in Dutch oven and cook for a couple hours or until soft

Add vegetables when 20 mins away from finishing

Add cashews

Serve with Rice

If too much liquid, remove chicken and stain, boil liquid to reduce sauce. At this point you can brown chicken. Once sauce has an almost gravy consistency, add chicken and cook together on low heat.
