3-4 cups spring salad mix
1 large carrot, grated
⅓ cup peanuts or cashews
⅓ dried cranberries
4 radishes, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
Dressing of your choice but this is really yummy with citrus basil dressing (see recipe elsewhere in this app)

In a small bowl, make citrus basil dressing (recipe elsewhere in app)
Separate all other ingredients onto four plates and top with dressing.
