Creamy Broccoli Salad

5 cups coarsely chopped broccoli florets

3 oz cheddar cheese (diced)

1/3 cup peanuts or cashews

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup dried cranberries

Brown sugar dressing:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup milk

2 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  1. In a small bowl, make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, milk, sugar and apple cider vinegar; set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, nuts, onion and cranberries. Stir in dressing and toss to combine.

노트

From Rachel: For an extra umph of salty and savory, add a few strips of turkey bacon. Prior to step 2 of the directions, first chop the bacon and heat in a skillet until cooked through.
