Lemon Pepper Tuna Salad

14 oz canned solid white albacore tuna, drained

1/4 cup diced red onion

3 tbsp mayo, or light mayo

1 lemon, juiced

1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 1/2 – 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, depending on taste

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Add the drained canned tuna to a mixing bowl. Break up any large chunks.

Add in the diced red onion, mayo, fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley, and lemon pepper seasoning. Combine thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Enjoy!
