    Ingredientai

    • 100g Mince Chicken (any mince, sausage meat or crumbled tofu)

    • 1 Tsp Sichuan Powder (or 5 spice)

    • 1 Packet Udon

    Sauce:

    • 2 Tsp Hoisin Sauce

    • 1 Tbsp Black Vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)

    • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

    • 2 Tbsp Sesame Paste (tahini)

    • 1 Tbsp Chilli Oil

    • 2 Cloves Garlic, grated

    • Spring onions and sesame seeds on top (optional)

    Nurodymai

    1. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a jug and add enough water to make it to 200ml.

    2. In a hot pan add in the chicken mince and Sichuan powder, cook for 5 mins or until crispy.

    3. Add in the sauce and the udon, cover with a lid and allow to cook for 3 mins. Once the noodles are softened toss them in the sauce.

    4. Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds and enjoy xx
