22 ½ ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

22 ½ ml simple syrup

15 ml heavy cream

1 egg yolk

Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds

Double strain into a chilled coupe

Garnish with grated nutmeg
