Lobster Marinade

Bahan-bahan

1/2 stick Clarified Butter

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

1/4 teaspoon White Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Arahan

1. Mix all ingredients together

2. Butterfly the lobster tail and brush liberally with marinade.

3. Broil on hi for 1 minute per oz.
