Soft Sugar Cookies

Ingredienser

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

4 cups flour

Fremgangsmåte

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat well. Alternately add sifted dry ingredients with sour cream and vanilla. Roll dough, cut with floured cutter, and bake at 375°F for 8-10 mins. Frost with Butter Cream Frosting if desired.
