Ingredienser

Sweet Potato

Sweet Potato Chunks:

Drizzle a little olive oil over chunks of sweet potato.

Season with garlic, smoked paprika, cinnamon, salt & pepper

Pop into the airfryer at 200c for 20 minutes, shaking halfway!

Upside Down Pastries:

Line your airfryer with some baking paper and drizzle over a little olive oil.

Pop down your veggies - I used asparagus because it’s currently in season and sooo delicious with some cherry tomatoes! Season with mixed herbs, salt and pepper.

Cut some ready rolled puff pastry to size and spread over a mix of pesto & cream cheese.

Cover the veggies & crimp the edges.

Pop into the airfryer for 12 minutes

Flip the pastry & crumble some feta over the top, cook for a further 3 minutes.

Mix up some sriracha & mayonnaise for a creamy, spicy dip!
