Crispy Chicken Burrito

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp paprika powder

1 tsp red chili powder

3 tbsp oil

4 tbsp mayonnaise

4 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup diced tomato

2-3 diced jalapeños

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp black pepper

6 large tortillas

1 cup guacamole

1 cup French fries

1 cup diced lettuce

1 cup shredded cheese

Fremgangsmåte

Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, and red chili powder.

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.

Prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, paprika powder, and red chili sauce in a bowl. Mix well.

Prepare the salsa by combining diced red onion, tomato, jalapeños, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Assemble the burritos by spreading guacamole on a tortilla, followed by a portion of cooked chicken, French fries, diced lettuce, shredded cheese, and a spoonful of salsa and sauce.

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1-2 tbsp of oil, and cook the burrito seam-side down for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately!
