Caffe con Leche

Ingredienser

30 ml black rum (Gosling's Black Seal)

22 ½ ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

22 ½ ml simple syrup

15 ml heavy cream

1 egg yolk

Fremgangsmåte

In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients

Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds

Double strain into a chilled coupe

Garnish with grated nutmeg
