    White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcakes

    ½ cup granulated sugar

    ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

    ¼ cup milk

    1 egg

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 tsp baking powder

    8 oz cream cheese, softened

    ¼ cup sour cream

    ⅓ cup white chocolate, melted

    ¼ cup granulated sugar

    1 egg

    ½ cup fresh blueberries

    ½ cup fresh blueberries

    ¼ cup blueberry jam

    Preheat Oven

    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

    Prepare Cupcake Base

    Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour and baking powder, alternating with milk, until just combined.

    Fill Liners

    Divide the base batter evenly among the liners, filling each about one-third full.

    Make Cheesecake Filling

    In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted white chocolate, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg, then gently fold in the blueberries.

    Assemble and Bake

    Spoon the cheesecake filling over the cupcake base in each liner. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until set. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Decorate

    Top each cooled cupcake with whipped cream, a drizzle of blueberry jam, and a couple of fresh blueberries.
