    Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi

    Ingredienser

    • 500g packet gnocchi

    • 4 slices bacon

    • Half tin of sweetcorn

    • 1 red onion

    • 2/3 tbsp Green pesto (mixed with a little red wine vinegar)

    • Parmesan to serve

    • Coat gnocchi in olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic flakes and salt.

    Fremgangsmåte

    1. Air fry at 200c for 18 mins, skate halfway through.

    2. Slice bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy.

    3. Cube your onion and fry in the bacon fat along with your sweetcorn until onion is cooked and sweetcorn is slightly charred.

    4. Once finished in the air fryer, add your gnocchi to the onion and sweetcorn and mix together.

    5. Serve with a few dollops of green pesto (pre-mix a couple of tablespoons of pesto with a small amount of red wine vinegar and salt beforehand) and top with grated Parmesan.
