    Ingredienser

    1 cup of kamut (khorasan), boiled until soft then strained

    1/2 cup of rolled oats

    1/2 cup of almonds

    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

    1/4 cup hemp seed hearts

    1/4 cup chopped dates

    1/4 cup dried cranberries

    2 scoops whey protein powder

    1 cup peanut butter

    1/2 cup maple syrup

    1/4 cup canola oil

    1/2 tsp salt

    Fremgangsmåte

    Cook the kamut until soft then strain

    roast the almonds and oats at 350F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown

    Roughly chop the kamut, oats, almonds, seeds, dried fruit and protein powder in blender

    Microwave wet mix (peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, salt) for 30 seconds

    Add dry ingredients to wet mix and stir to combine

    Press firmly into casserole pan and refrigerate

    Notater

    Final mix will be stiff but tacky

    Adjust moisture as needed by adding maple syrup and oil, or more oats

    Shape into balls then roll them in dry rolled oats to cover the sticky surface
