Ingredienser

1 cup dried chickpeas

1/2 yellow onion

4 cloves garlic

1/2 cup parsley

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp (rounded) flour

2 tsp lemon juice

Fremgangsmåte

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight.

  2. Blend everything together in a food processor.

  3. Form balls or patties.

  4. Fry for about 3-5 minutes or until browned and crispy.
