Pomegranate Pork Sauce

16 oz bottle %100 pomegranate juice
⅔ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 green onions, white and green parts diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructies
In a medium saucepan over high heat bring pomegranate juice to a boil. Boil until thickened and reduced to ⅓ cup. About 15 minutes
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook stirring frequently until slightly thickened. About 5 minutes
Use this sauce to baste pork loin, ribs, etc.
