    Double Chocolate Almond Butter Stuffed Muffins

    If you find yourself hungrier and craving something sweet right before your period… I feel youuu girl😅 These muffins will not only satisfy your sweet tooth craving but leave you feeling fuller for longer!

    Recipe:

    1 egg

    1 cup almond flour

    2/3 cup almond butter, or any nut butter (+ extra for filling)

    6 tbsp maple syrup

    6 tbsp cacao powder

    2 tsp baking soda

    1/2 cup chocolate chips

    flaky salt to top (optional)

    How to:

    Instructies

    preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tray with 6 liners

    add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well

    add in dry ingredients to the same bowl and combine

    divide dough in half, with a spoon or scooper, scoop out dough and fill up half of each muffin liner

    with a small spoon make a hole in the middle of dough and fill with extra almond butter

    use the rest of the dough to top off the muffins, top with extra chocolate chips

    bake for 13-14min

    let muffins cool for a few minutes

    store leftovers in an airtight container and place in fridge up to 4 days, enjoy!
