2000 g powdered sugar, sifted
500 g fruit puree
90 g lemon juice
200 g melted butter
Instructies
In a mixer or medium bowl using a whisk attachment, add in the powdered sugar, fruit puree and lemon juice. Mix on speed one until mostly combined. While continuing to whisk slowly add in the butter. Whisk for 1-2 minutes on speed 2 until fully combined and smooth
