    Crispy Maple Mustard Chicken

    24 oz potatoes

    24 oz carrots

    2 tbsp fry seasoning

    1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

    4 tbsp maple syrup

    4 tbsp Dijon mustard

    20 oz chicken cutlets

    Instructies

    Preheat oven 425

    Wash and dry produce

    Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges

    Trim peel and cut carrots into into 1/2 diagonal pieces

    Place 2 tbsp butter in microwave and melt 30 seconds

    Mix in half fry sanding seasoning, pinch of pepper and panko and stir

    Place 2 tbsp butter in microwave and melt 30 seconds

    Add maple syrup and Dijon mustard and pinch of salt and stir

    Reserve 2 tbsp of mixture for brushing on chicken

    toss potatoes on baking sheet with large drizzle of oil, remaining fry seasoning, salt, and pepper

    on a separate baking sheet, toss carrots with drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. push carrots to one side

    pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper

    place chicken on opposite side if baking sheet from carrots. Even spread reserved maple mustard in top of chicken, then mound panko on top, pressing to adhere

    transfer chick and carrots to middle rack and potatoes on top rack

    roast until chicken is golden brown and cooked through and veggies are tender. 15-18 minutes

    divide between plates. serve with remaining maple syrupfor dipping and drizzling
