Chicken Marsala

2-3 butterflied and smashed chicken breasts (~2lb)
1/2 cup flour
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
4 cloves Gaelic
16oz package mushrooms
1.5T dried parsley
3/4 cup marsala wine
A green veggie
Mashed potato package or potatoes for smashing and broiling

Butterfly, smash, dry, salt, and pepper chicken breasts
Prepare flour in a pie dish
Heat oil and cook mushrooms down on high heat. Add garlic and parsley for last few minutes.
Move mushrooms to side, add more oil, and quickly bread and add chicken. Cook on medium, covering if needed for even cooking.
Cook veggies, pasta, and/or potatoes as required
Turn once and brown, then turn heat to high and add marsala. Cook down until chicken is up to 165 and marsala sauce is sufficiently thick
