Grilled Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

Składniki

• 3 zucchini

• 5 Tbsp butter

• 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

• ½-1 cup grated Parmesan

Wskazówki

  1. Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.

  2. Cut the zucchini in half crosswise, then slice each half into 3 slices lengthwise, making 6 slices per zucchini.

  3. Soften the butter at room temperature so it's spreadable (microwaving just turns it unevenly to liquid). Mix in garlic and Parmesan and spread the mixture on the open side of each zucchini slice.

  4. Place the slices, cheese sides up, crosswise on the preheated grill to keep them from falling through.

  5. Grill until the cheese has melted and the slices are cooked through, 8-ish minutes.
