Chicken Pesto Panini

16 fl oz Mezzetta Roasted Red Peppers strips (California Fresh Pack)
12 slices of provolone cheese (~9.6 oz)
1.5lbs Boneless chicken thighs
7oz Rana Basil Pesto
~7oz Hellmans Mayo
2lbs Yellow/Sweet Onion
6 cloves of garlic
6 Bulkie rolls (Kaiser?)
Olive oil
Paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Wskazówki
Garlic Onion Spread
Mince garlic and brown in large pan with oil
Slice onions, add to pan and carmelize
Pesto Mayo
Mix mayo and pesto (got away with 50:50)
Generously coat both sides in bread with it
Chicken
Pan fry thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
Slice/cube thighs and add to bowl with rest of the pesto Mayo
Assembly
Pesto spread on bread
Chicken tossed in pesto Mayo
Garlic onion spread
Roasted red peppers (remove as much liquid as possible)
2 slices provolone cheese
Broil until crispy/brown OR panini press until crispy
