    Breaded Pork Chops Breaded pork chops are a great weeknight

    1 tbsp Chili powder

    1 tsp Brown sugar, packed

    1 tsp Garlic powder

    1 tsp Onion powder

    1/2 tsp Smoked (sweet) paprika

    1/2 tsp Dried oregano

    1/2 tsp Salt

    1/4 tsp Pepper

    4 Boneless pork chops

    Combine first 9 ingredients in a sealable plastic bag or container.

    Add 1 pork chop and shake to coat. Repeat with remaining pork chops.

    Transfer to a rack on a baking sheet covered with foil. Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 10 minutes. Flip pork chops over and cook for 10 minutes more, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Makes 4 pork chops.
