Grandma Jean’s Chicken Salad

8 oz of small shell noodles, cooked, drained, and cooled

1 1/2 cups of mayo

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

1 tablespoon of milk

1 tablespoon of celery seed

6 cups of diced cooked chicken

3 ribs of celery finely chopped

1 onion diced

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, mix mayo with milk, vinegar, and seasonings. Adjust to taste. NOTE: Grandma Jean used the vinegar and milk to thin the mayo into more of a ranch dressing consistency.

Add the rest of the ingredients and chill.

Once the salad has chilled for a bit, you may need to add more dressing as the noodles will soak it up.
