Egg and Sausage Bake

2 pounds pork sausage
2 1/2 Cups herbed seasoned croutons
2 Cups shredded cheese (Generally cheddar or colby jack, but any will do)
8 eggs
2 1/2 Cup milk
(Optional) 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup milk
Instruções
Mix together the can of mushroom soup and the 1/2 Cup milk
Brown the sausage and drain grease
Layer croutons, sausage and cheese evenly in greased 9x13 pan
Beat eggs with 2 1/2 Cup milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and onion powder
Pour over the layers in the pan
Cover and chill overnight
Pour soup and 1/2 Cup milk mixture over the top of egg mixture
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving
