    Ingredientes

    250 g zmehčanega masla

    250 g sladkorja (1 1/4 cups)

    5 jajc

    1 tsp naribane limonine lupinice

    250 g moke (2 cups)

    2 tsp pecilnega praška

    100 ml limoninega soka

    100 g sladkorja v prahu

    ICING

    1 cup (120g) confectioners’ sugar, sifted

    1 and 1/2 Tablespoons (22ml) lemon juice

    1 Tablespoon (15ml) heavy cream or milk

    Instruções

    1. Pekač namastimo. Pečico segrejemo na 180°C (ventilatorsko na 160°C).

    2. Penasto zmešamo maslo in sladkor. Med mešanjem dodajamo jajca drugo za drugim, dobro premešamo, dodamo limonino lupinico. Pomešamo moko in pecilni prašek ter zamešamo v jajčno zmes.

    3. Testo naložimo v pekač, poravnamo in pečemo na srednjem vodilu 1 uro. Malo ohladimo.

    4. Kolač zvrnemo iz pekača. Limonin sok premešamo s sladkorjem v prahu. Kolač večkrat prebodemo z leseno palčko in ga pokapljamo za oslajenim limoninim sokom.

    5. Whisk all of the icing ingredients together and pour over cake. Serve immediately or wait until the cake cools completely, which promises neater slices.

    6. Cover and store leftover cake for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
