“Impossible” Pumpkin Pie

• doses: 9” pie

Ingredientes

3/4 c sugar

1/2 c Bisquick

2 T margarine or butter

1 can 13 oz evaporated milk

2 eggs

16 oz pumpkin, cooked

2 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice (1 1/2 t cinnamon, 1 t ginger, 2/3 t nutmeg)

2 t vanilla

Instruções

1. Heat oven to 375°. Grease pie pan.

2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

3. Pour in pie pan. Bake 45-50 min until knife or toothpick comes out clean

Notas

This pie has no crust, but is firm and delicious.
