Beef Jerky
1/2 lb jerky

2-3 lbs lean beef, thinly sliced
2/3 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c soy sauce
1 T Paprika
2 t fresh ground pepper
1 T Honey
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t chipotle pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1 T liquid smoke
Instruções
Mix ingredients and marinate beef for 24 hrs.
Spread out on cookie racks and dry in oven at low temperature- 120-150 degrees.
