Korean Cucumber

2 small Persian cucumbers

1/4 small white onion

1 tsp salt

2-3 tbsp gochugaru

1 tsp rice vinegar

2 tsp brown sugar

3 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

2 tsp gochujang

1/8 tsp sesame oil

How to make it yourself:

Instruções

Slice your cucumbers, add it into a bowl, add in your salt, and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes to let it drain the cucumber water

Rinse the cucumbers and drain the liquid. Pat it dry over a paper towel

Combine diced white onions, gochugaru, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, gochujang, and toasted sesame seeds in a bowl.

Add in your dry cucumbers and mix well and enjoy!
