Refrigerator Pickles
4 qts pickles

6 c water
2 c white vinegar
1/2 c canning salt
1/2 t alum
Cucumbers to fill 1 gal jar- 4-5 lbs
1 large bunch dill weed
1 large onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves + 2 t sliced garlic
Instruções
Bring water to boil, add vinegar, salt and alum.
Thoroughly clean canning jars.
Layer cucumbers, onions, garlic and dill in jars. Pack full.
Pour hot vinegar solution into jars and fill to top.
Let sit on counter for 3-4 hours. Refrigerate. Ready to eat in 2-4 days.
